Who we are
As a current food lover and culinary arts student, I’ve always believed that food is one of the best ways to bring people together. I’m passionate about supporting others, especially those chasing their food dreams, from behind the window of a truck or around a shared table. I’m building the kind of facility I wish existed: a welcoming, community-driven space that feels like home for current and future food entrepreneurs.
We’re building Ildi’s Eats to create a one-stop hub for food trucks and food enthusiasts. Currently in development, we’re looking for early interest from current and prospective food truck owners who want to be part of a better food community.
The Backstory
This all started with one big realization: I wanted to open a food truck, but there weren’t enough commissaries or shared kitchen spaces nearby. Instead of waiting for the right setup to appear, I decided to build it myself and name it after the dog who’s brought me endless joy.
